Turn 5, Inc. has experienced phenomenal growth due to a combination of outstanding product selection, easy to use websites, platinum rated customer service, and a fulfillment center that ships over 99% of our customer orders the same day for free.
The company was founded in 2001 by Stephen Voudouris, Andrew Voudouris and Chris Francy. Originally incorporated as Xoxide, Inc. and operating in a home garage with a staff of 12. Xoxide.com was an online retailer of computer accessories, selling everything from computer cases to computer modding supplies. After a high-profile technology website featured the site, Xoxide took off.
Continuing in high gear, the company branched out into other niche retails markets and founded multiple online stores.
The turning point came in 2003 when the company decided to join the aftermarket auto parts industry and established AmericanMuscle.com. The founder's passion for automobiles and the focus on revving up the customer experience were the driving forces behind the accelerated business growth.
In 2009, the company changed its name to Turn 5, Inc. and sold Xoxide.com.
Leaving its former garage operation in the dust, the company is now operating out of a 175,000 square foot facility located in Malvern, PA; employing more than 200 people.
Turn 5, Inc. is an active member of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) and the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA). Also, the company hosts the annual AmericanMuscle Car Show in Kimberton, PA that attracts thousands of people and hundreds of Mustangs. The event proceeds are donated to the Homes for Our Troops foundation.
The Turn 5, Inc. team continues to be led by brothers Steve Voudouris-President and Andrew Voudouris-Vice President. The entrepreneurial minded brothers have received many accolades including the SBA Small Business Young Entrepreneurs Award and the Bizrate Platinum Award for Customer Service Excellence. Steve and Andrew are dedicated to the company's core values of delivering world-class products for a superior customer experience.
